| Product Name | Bevedol – Bevedan R C is a fast-reacting, two-component polyurethane injection resin, free from CFCs and halogens. |
| Applications | ► Rehabilitation of water-bearing underground structures ► Sealing and stabilization of water-bearing zones with significant water inflow, particularly under high pressure in dams, parking structures, metro tunnels, collectors, and basements ► Stabilization of highly loose, dry, and slightly moist rock formations ► Reinforcement of roof strata in mining production and development workings ► Stabilization of unstable and fractured rock formations ► Grouting of rock masses to reduce gas and moisture permeability ► Rock anchoring combined with reinforcement of the surrounding rock mass ► Suitable for use in cracks with openings greater than 0.15 mm |
| Component Description | Bevedol P C – Component A – A blend of various polyester polyols and additives. Bevedan P – Component B – A modified polyisocyanate based on diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI). |
| Key Advantages | ► Due to the foaming reaction, the polymer composition penetrates even small cracks under pressure, providing a high degree of reinforcement as well as gas and waterproof sealing of the rock mass. ► Excellent adhesion to all types of surfaces. |
| Operating Principle | Using a pump, the two resin components are supplied separately through hoses, mixed in a mixer, and injected into the rock mass through an anchor system and sealing device at a pressure of 80–90 bar. The polymer mixture reacts with an increase in volume. The expanding foam penetrates under pressure even into small cracks within the rock mass. As a result, a reinforced zone is formed, bonded and stabilized by the elastic foamed resin. |
| Packaging | Bevedol P C – Component A: 30 kg plastic canister. Bevedan P – Component B: 35 kg plastic canister. |
| Storage | Shelf life: At least 12 months, provided the material is stored at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C. The materials may be transported at temperatures as low as -40°C, provided they are subsequently stored under warm conditions before use. |
| Recommendations | ► The resin components must be conditioned for at least 24 hours before use at a temperature of no less than +20°C. ► Localized overheating of the canister walls must be avoided. |
| Equipment | Compact two-component pumps such as SK90 1:1, CT DP-35, CT DP-40, and MRN, designed to deliver components in a 1:1 volumetric ratio, with pneumatic or hydraulic drive (including two-component pumps with manual, pneumatic, or electric drive). Injection accessories include: packers/sealing packers, injection and discharge hoses, shut-off valves, nipples, coupling fittings, and clamps. |
