| Operating Principle | Minostop should be mixed with clean water in the following proportion: one part clean water to three parts Minostop (measured by volume). This corresponds to a water-to-powder ratio of 0.2. The mortar should be mixed at the point of application and applied by trowel or by hand, ensuring maximum contact with the substrate before the material hardens. For application directly onto flowing water, the spray nozzle should be positioned at a distance of 1.5 to 2.5 meters from the surface. The nozzle should be moved continuously in small circular motions, combined with slight advancing movements across the spray area to achieve a dense layer with a uniform and continuous thickness. This method ensures systematic and progressive coverage of the area, achieving the required layer thickness in a single pass. |
