    Product Name

Minostop is a ready-to-use dry powder blend that requires only the addition of clean water to produce a high-density, fast-setting mortar that is easy to apply. The material is based on a blend of cements, graded aggregates, special fillers, and chemical additives that control strength development and minimize the risk of shrinkage.

    Applications

    ► Active water-stopping capability
► Sealing and reinforcement of walls, floors, and roofs of excavations, tanks, and tunnels
    ► Excellent adhesion

    Component Description

Minostop is a ready-to-use dry powder blend.

    Key Advantages

► Can be applied to damp surfaces or even directly in the presence of water
► Resistant to aggressive water conditions
► Excellent adhesion to concrete substrates
    ► Waterproof and gas-tight
    ► Fast curing
► Easy and safe to use
    ► Non-combustible

    Operating Principle

Minostop should be mixed with clean water in the following proportion: one part clean water to three parts Minostop (measured by volume). This corresponds to a water-to-powder ratio of 0.2.

The mortar should be mixed at the point of application and applied by trowel or by hand, ensuring maximum contact with the substrate before the material hardens.

For application directly onto flowing water, the spray nozzle should be positioned at a distance of 1.5 to 2.5 meters from the surface. The nozzle should be moved continuously in small circular motions, combined with slight advancing movements across the spray area to achieve a dense layer with a uniform and continuous thickness. This method ensures systematic and progressive coverage of the area, achieving the required layer thickness in a single pass.

    Packaging

    25 kg bag
5 kg, 10 kg, and 15 kg plastic or metal pails

    Storage

Shelf Life: At least 12 months when stored in a dry, cool place at temperatures between +5°C and +40°C.

    Recommendations

It is recommended to use protective gloves, safety goggles, and respiratory protection when handling Minostop.

    Equipment

For manual application, mix the material in a suitable container using a spatula or a gloved hand.

For machine application of Minostop, use shotcrete equipment designed for the dry-spray process. A controlled feed rate is strongly recommended to ensure proper application quality
