| Operating Principle | Before use, a sufficient amount of CarboStop 402 ACC is added to CarboStop 402 resin to adjust the reactivity of the injection mixture according to site conditions. CarboStop 402 / CarboStop 402 ACC is injected into water-bearing areas through a packer (injector) as a single-component material using a manual, electric, or pneumatic pump. Upon contact with water, the reaction mixture expands significantly and cures into a solid foam. |

| Recommendations | Before use, the resin must be conditioned for at least 24 hours at a temperature of no less than +20°C. Localized overheating of the canister walls must be avoided. If the area to be sealed contains insufficient water, complete curing of the resin can be achieved through pre-injection or post-injection of water. |
