Geofoam organo-mineral resin consists of two liquid components that are
delivered separately through hoses by a pump at a 1:1 volumetric ratio,
mixed in a mixer, and then applied to the prepared formwork surface or
into the cavity to be filled.

Component Description

Component A – modified liquid sodium silicate.

Component B – modified isocyanate.

Operating Principle

The two components are pumped by a two-component pump at a 1:1 volumetric
ratio and thoroughly mixed in a static mixer. After mixing, the resin
instantly reaches a grease-like viscosity, after which the foaming process
begins.

Packaging

Component A – 35 kg plastic canister.

Component B – 30 kg plastic canister.

Storage

The Geofoam resin components must be stored at temperatures between +10°C
and +20°C.

When stored under the recommended temperature conditions, the shelf life
of the components is at least 12 months.

Before use, the resin components must be conditioned for at least 24 hours
at a temperature not lower than +20°C.

Recommendations

Two-component pumps with manual, pneumatic, or electric drive, together
with injection accessories: packers/sealers, injection and discharge
hoses, shut-off valves, nipples, couplings, and clamps.

Compact two-component pumps such as SK90 1:1, CT DP-35, CT DP-40, and MPN,
designed for component delivery at a 1:1 volumetric ratio with pneumatic
or hydraulic drive (two-component pumps with manual, pneumatic, or
electric drive), together with injection accessories: packers/sealers,
injection and discharge hoses, shut-off valves, nipples, couplings, and
clamps.
