Component Description

The capsules contain a precisely measured mixture of polyester resin,
mineral filler, and hardener. The resin and hardener are stored separately
within two isolated compartments of a single dual-chamber film package.

Packaging

Polyester resin capsules are packed in cardboard boxes or tubes, with 7 to
60 capsules per package, depending on the capsule diameter and length.

Storage

Shelf Life: Polyester resin capsules have a shelf life of 6 months from
the date of manufacture when stored at temperatures not exceeding 20°C.

Upon customer request, the shelf life can be extended to up to 9 months.

Equipment

A drilling rig (hydraulic or pneumatic) that provides the rotation and
insertion of the anchor during installation.
