| Operating Principle | The anchor is installed into a borehole with a diameter smaller than that of the anchor itself. Due to the elastic properties of the steel, the tube expands against the borehole walls, generating frictional forces that securely hold the anchor in place. The bearing plate distributes the load over a larger area, increasing the effectiveness of the support system. The FTA can be used either as a standalone support element or as part of reinforced combined support systems, for example in conjunction with reinforcement cages or welded wire mesh. The corrosion-resistant coating allows the anchors to be used in aggressive underground environments, extending their service life and improving the reliability of the support structure. |
