Applications

Component Description

CarboCryl R Wv Component A1 – Methacrylate-based aqueous solution.

CarboCryl R Wv Component A2 – Amine-based reaction accelerator.

CarboCryl R Wv Component B2 – Hardener, peroxide salt in powder form, to
be dissolved in water or in CarboCryl Plus before use.

Operating Principle

Components A1 and A2 are mixed in a 1:1 ratio. Component B2 is mixed with
CarboCryl Plus. The prepared solutions, Components A and B, are pumped
separately through hoses, mixed in a mixer, and injected through a
pre-installed packer into the structure or ground mass.

Packaging

Component A1 (Methacrylate) – 20 kg plastic canister.

Component A2 (Activator / Accelerator) – 1 kg plastic bottle.

Component B2 (Hardener) – 1 kg plastic bottle.

Storage

Shelf life: At least 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored in
a dry place at temperatures between +5°C and +30°C.

Recommendations

Protect from direct sunlight and contact with metal. Do not use metal
mixers for mixing or homogenizing the product; only plastic or wooden
paddles should be used. For repeated injections, ensure that the gelation
time is observed before each subsequent injection cycle, with a minimum
waiting time of 10 minutes.

Equipment

The material is injected using specialized two-component pumps designed
for acrylate gels.
